join the choir but we do place a high priority on our members correctly singing their harmony line to ensuring AAC
maintains a good performance standard.

AAC is not A Capella - we have an piano accompanist who attends both rehearsals and performances with us.

There is a fee of $120 per term (which is the equivalent of $12 per week). This fee covers the cost of copyright, sheet
music, practice CD, public liability insurance, the Musical Director, the accompanist, the hall and various other
miscellaneous expenses for the term. Potential choir members are welcome to come along for a week or two just for a
look before making a financial commitment.

Everyone is invited to a New Members Day on Monday 14th July 2008. Rehearsals are at the Lutheran Church, 6
Boolee St, Reid from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.  We look forward to seeing you at next Monday's rehearsal.....

Joining Information
Potential choir members do not need
previous singing experience as the
AAC's Musical Director is also a Vocal
Coach. Therefore training in breathing
techniques, vocal skills and music
theory is provided to choir members. It
is of course a benefit to have had some
singing or musical training prior to
joining
.

The choir's musical arrangements split
into 4 voice types; Soprano, Alto,Tenor
and Bass.  Therefore individuals from
all four voice types are needed in, and
are welcome to join, AAC.

The choir aims to be an enjoyable
experience for all its members and for
this reason rehearsals are relaxed and
friendly. We do NOT hold auditions to
